Mickey Mouse is a cartoon character created in 1928 at Walt Disney Animation Studios, who serves as the mascot of the Walt Disney Company. He also makes an appearance in Bob Clark's 1983 film, A Christmas Story.

A Christmas Story: Parading to Santa[]
In the twenty-third scene of the film, "Parading to Santa", The Parker family watched the Christmas parade. A man dressed as Mickey Mouse tries to upstage The Wizard of Oz characters, who then gang up on him and push him away because they want The Wizard of Oz to be superior to Mickey Mouse in the parade.
Personality[]
In Walt Disney Animations' films, he is kind, smart, compassionate, and optimistic. In A Christmas Story on the other hand, his personality is unknown. You could assume however that Mickey is prideful in the film because he wants to be better than the other characters.
Trivia[]
The type of Mickey Mouse head costume piece the man in the film is wearing actually wouldn’t be credited until 1962 by Disney imagineers. Since A Christmas Story takes place in the 1940s, this is technically a mistake.
