Billy is a character in Bob Clark's film, A Christmas Story.
Parading To Santa[]
In the twenty-third scene of the film, "Parading To Santa", Billy was on Santa Claus' lap. Santa asked what he wants for Christmas and immediately wanted him of of his lap. Billy, unfortunately for him, didn't respond fast enough so Male Elf tossed him down the slide.
